Sarah is head of personal finance at AJ Bell.
She is an award-winning former financial journalist, spending almost 20 years working for publications from Bloomberg to Moneywise and AOL Money.
Sarah has worked as a financial spokesperson for the past nine years, co-hosting a podcast, appearing on air for everyone from BBC Breakfast to Radio 4, Times Radio and the Which? Podcast.
She has also written articles for publications from The Yorkshire Post to Yahoo, The Mail on Sunday and The i Paper.
Most recently Sarah won Headlinemoney’s expert of the year award in 2025.
