Biography

David is senior parliamentary and public affairs officer at the Chartered Institute of Building.

He has a decade of experience working across housing and construction in public, private and third sector roles.

David has spent the past four years working in the policy and public affairs team at CIOB, engaging with policy makers, driving forward thought leadership and creating policy solutions to many of the key challenges that face one of the UK’s most important sectors.

David has led much of the Institute’s work on new-build housing quality, planning reform and housing delivery but can speak across a broad range of issues relating to the built environment.
