“These are where smokers have traditionally enjoyed nicotine for generations, and they are key venues where people make the switch from smoking.

“Banning vaping here would drive vapers away from pubs and deter smokers from safer nicotine alternatives, undermining the government’s efforts to reduce smoking rates.”
