“This includes the provision of more flexible working practices such as working from home and the ability to fit work around caring responsibilities more easily.
“Added to this the provision of good quality affordable childcare could be a gamechanger in helping women back into the workplace where they can continue to build their long term financial resilience through contributions to their workplace pension.”
