Jon joined Vodafone UK in 2014, serving as commercial operations director for over two years.

During this time, he has helped transform customer experience and our commercial performance, delivered the company's best-ever complaints performance, secured several exclusive partnerships with key indirect partners like Currys and delivered its first-ever number one position in net promotor score (NPS).

Jon has also held senior roles at Dixons Retail across strategy, operations and retail.
