Biography

Nick is lead analyst at Connells Group, where he helps build the public domain research capability for that brand.

A graduate of the University of Oxford, Nick has around 15 years worth of experience in the UK residential property sector, principally focused on research and data analytics.

He spent several years at Knight Frank as an associate partner, supporting their residential development service lines with data-led market insight, followed by a brief stint at Foxtons as research lead, and then a period with the research team at Savills as a director.

There, he covered public-facing research output for the UK’s prime markets, managing regular reporting, as well as contributing to press stories and delivering market updates at various speaking engagements.
