Elisabetta is head of quality, compliance and science at 4C Labs.

She is a passionate advocate of P4 (person centred) health care and sees precision botanical medicine as a powerful disruptor of outdated models of primary and community medicine and social care, having been a leader in this field since 1998.

A pioneering quality expert with UK and Australian CBPM/controlled drugs experience, Elisabetta has an extensive track record of developing new products, systems and research projects in this emerging field.

Elisabetta was a founding director of both Medicinal Cannabis Industry Australia and the Cannabis Industry Council in the UK and led the standards working groups in both countries.

As a professional international speaker and clinical hypnotherapist with more than 30 years of successful private practice and executive consultancy experience, she has also worked with international leaders in a broad range of sectors and industries including biotechnology, agriculture, the environmental and not-for-profit sectors.
