# Jennifer Pheasey

Director of Policy and Public Affairs, Horticultural Trades Association

Jennifer is director of policy and public affairs at Horticultural Trades Association (HTA).

She has over 20 years of experience working in policy and government affairs roles in leading membership organisations.

Prior to joining the HTA, Jennifer headed up the policy, public affairs and EU office at the leading Automotive Trade Association.

Jennifer has led sector groups and representation on a range of areas from international trade to economics, environmental policy to technical regulations.

She frequently briefs parliamentarians, policy-makers and officials – both informally and in evidence sessions, panel events and speeches.

Jennifer also co-chairs the industry’s Access All Areas DEI group and is on the exec board of the Industry and Parliament Trust (IPT).
