# Tom Hawkins

Tom is head of residential development at Hamptons, recognised for his strong leadership and clear strategic vision.

With extensive domestic and international experience - particularly across Asia and the Middle East - Tom has led complex residential projects ranging from super-prime London developments to large-scale regeneration schemes.

After rising to director at Hamptons and later becoming a partner at Knight Frank, Tom returned in 2021 to transform the new homes function into a fully integrated residential development division.

He has driven sustained growth, expanded service lines, including international sales, land and investments and an in-house interior design studio.
