Eddie is director of policy, research and public affairs at the Chartered Institute of Building.

He has extensive experience working in the public sector, working closely with government ministers, senior civil servants, and other officials across a variety of regulatory and legislative issues within many facets of government policy.

Eddie, in his current role, is responsible for providing strategic advice and leads on policy and public affairs issues across the built environment, nationally and internationally.
