Macarena is Simplyhealth's head of clinical product and operations.

She has worked in the health-tech industry for over six years and has experience in the development and validation of innovative clinical products.

Macarena has experience in internal medicine and a Masters in global health and development from UCL.

She is passionate about women's health and the role technology has in addressing pressing issues in public health.

Macarena aims to leverage creativity and complex problem-solving skills to bring about transformative changes in healthcare access and information worldwide.

In her current role, she has spearheaded the development and validation of innovative clinical products in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
