# David Fell

Lead Analyst, Hamptons

David is a lead analyst at Hamptons, bringing over a decade of experience from roles within estate agency and housebuilding.

He is responsible for delivering market insight to both Hamptons’ clients as well as to the business itself.

David holds a Master's degree in town and country planning from the University of Sheffield.

His housebuilder background (which includes a Housing Association), where he underwrote sales values and optimised the design of new homes, has equipped him with a solid understanding of the wider economics and politics of housebuilding.
